Shantou Tongyi Weaving Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1990. It currently has a factory building of 40,000 square meters and specializes in producing various specifications of nylon continuous zippers, recycled zippers, matching zipper sliders, as well as zipper raw materials such as pellet chips, monofilaments, polyester yarns, center threads, and sewing threads. It is a zipper manufacturing enterprise integrating design, development, production and sales.

It covers every link required in the entire zipper production process, from zipper design, full-process production to complete independent quality inspection. Through continuous technological upgrading, it has successively obtained qualification certifications such as National High-Tech Enterprise, Specialized, Refined, Characteristic and Novel Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise. The company has high-standard production workshops and imported equipment for fully automatic production lines from the production of zipper raw materials to the production of finished zippers, including 7 texturing machines, 6 monofilament production lines, 1200 forming machines, and 980 sewing machines. It has a professional independent R&D team and a sound quality management system. Its products have passed GRS certification and ISO 9001 certification, and comply with the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. After more than 30 years of development, it now has an annual output of 30,000 tons of nylon zippers, more than 25,000 tons of polyester yarn, and more than 20,000 tons of zipper monofilaments.
